A cure all would be good...one tablet, you never have illness again...I doubt that would ever happen in anyone's lifetime though.

I'd like a nice house, with a library and a study and somewhere for me to practice martial arts. I'd probably get my driving license and then treat all my friends to a holiday somewhere amazing.
